hohoho. many things happened today. lets start with the most interesting one.

physics was second period today and halfway through the lesson something happened. ng kwong loong was teaching amidst considerable noise when sudden ng benjamin shouted out "AHHHH!!! WHAT THE HELL LA!!!!" with that the whole class when quiet and everyone just started at each other. and beng seriously looked damn pissed. ng kwong loong then asked him in his usual emotionless voice, "is there a problem? benjamin........., are you............okay?" beng went" nothing, i'm ok." and then beng started waving his hands in front of himself, like those people practicing taichi, trying to relax their breathing. at this point, everyone wanted to know what happened and thus looked at mooty. mooty was like," why is everybody looking at me? i had nothing to do with it. i was (in softer tones now) reading my story book." jarrell was just keeping quiet. then kwong loong said," matthew and jarrell, see me after class." mooty put on his innocent face and went ," but i had nothing to do with it. i was reading my story book." jarrell at this point raised his hand and said," sir, i accidentally shot a rubber band at benjamin." 0_o. anti-climax. you would hv thought beng got whacked in the balls or something like that, but no, it was just a rubber band. just when i thought it was the falling action, beng started crying.LOL!!!

ZOMGWTFBBQSAUCE IM SURE YOU CRY BECAUSE YOU GOT HIT BY A RUBBER BAND!!! that is clearly an overreaction. even when junyong flicks me 10 times (okay maybe not. that one DAMN PAIN) or when daniel "hugs" me i won't cry lor. no one cries. junyong to prove my point later flicked weeping who just went "oooooohhhhhh!!!!" in a high pitched falsetto voice. is beng a piece of tofu or tauhuay? later we concurred that maybe beng was trying to sabo jarrell but if he did, it was damn convincing. i mean, there were tears. those were tears of not anger or sorrow but of pain. all of us were like "wth? i'm sure hit by rubber band also cry."

while this was going on, timo was being an insensitive bastard by imitating beng at the back of the class but like thom said,"timo's an insensitive bastard most of the time". lol. i'm very sure today everyone has a new viewpoint of beng, the fragile and delicate piece of tofu of a classmate. after crying beng drank water as per his custom and everything resumed the normal pace of things.

kwong loong told jarrell later,"next time be more careful. you know bemjamin is a very sensitive person." haha. jarrell later told us that beng was pissing him and mooty off before that, always turning around and touching their things and talking nonsence. tit for tat? maybe.

kieran thom hern and i were playing soccer, before shoujian and timo came to join us after deciding not to be punctual for the chinese talk thingy. so we played 3K plus cho-han and jinghui against the rest. i was keeper ahahha, since lian and theo not here. moot's not here so im 4th choice lol. i conceded 2 before keeping a clean sheet after that. amazing. but maybe because they kept shooting for top corners which i had absolutely no difficulty in reaching. like kieran said," the crossbar is just a hop away" i think we played very well, much better than we had ever played together as a team. we tried to pass the ball around short and not just run ourselves into dead alleys like what shoujian is famous for. we have decided we are going to follow the liverpool philosophy of playing, which is to pass and move until you can shoot. thom was still his wasteful self, but at least he got shots in and didn't dally as much as before. timo was very good in making space for himself in the box before shooting. his accuracy could be better, but the essential thing at this point is that he can create space for himself. the sharpness can come later after more match practice. shoujian scored 2 today, which is double of his entire tally. one of the goal was like this: shou jian was on the byline on the left before shooting, the ball was parallel to the byline before hitting the far post and going in. amazing, but to the opposition must be quite pissing. as in, shoujian is just bouncing the ball off his bones lol. kieran was playing defence and his distribution is quite good. but i'm just worried because he seems to be easily muscled off the ball.

but i'm most worried about hernwei. like timo and shoujian, hernwei's touch and passing is terrible and he cannot shoot properly. for us to play the liverpool style, we need people who can pass and control the ball considerably well. if we play hernwei everytime we play the ball to him we will just lose possesion. but saying this, i'm also worried about our other 2 outfield members of our team, kooney and daniel. both of them also do not have very good ball control and might be a weak link in this style of play. but we need 7 players and in fact we need everybody cause if we go far we need to rotate and rest as much as we can. the only solution i can think of besides playing a long ball game (which is suicide since we don't have tall players; i mean i'm like the tallest player and i can't head for nuts) is to practice playing the liverpool game and improving their touch as much as we can. i believe hernwei and daniel have the physical capabilities to play well but they just need to brush up on the technical aspect. koon chong has the gung-ho ability to tackle but he needs to back dat up with positioning skills cause it will take more than a sliding tackle to put off people like balu and alimi and eugene; they will simply go round you. but i feel after eoys if we practice properly (as in playing the liverpool way among ourselves and not play with people like yihao) we will win.

haha i saw rachel in the library today. i was there to do debates and she to study. i saw her last friday at kfc as well. you know what's the common factor between the two meetings? i was always with shanzhi. either shanzhi's some charm or i'm hanging around with bad influence too much. and shanzhi just sneezed in my face 5 times today. i think i'm already falling sick because of that. screw you shanzhi.
