i haven't blogged in over a week, just couldn't be bothered to. anyway,

went to kallang for the last time with koon, jarrell, matthew, beng (of all people 0_o), thom and hernwei. watched both the old men's match and the proper match. the old men match's second half didn't have a shot to boot and the game ended 1-1. so to decide who wins, they had a coin toss and singapore won. wow. so dramatic.

the match between australia and singapore was quite entertaining. singapore were desperately unlucky not to score, one shot hitting the crossbar, one shot hitting the post, one shot which flew over an empty goal and one which just needed a touch. the turning points were when mustafic fahrudin was injured and harry kewell came on. kewell was too much for the sin right-back to cope and together with archie thompson who came on later, proved too much for the singaporean full backs to take. viduka played well, holding on to the ball very strongly and could run fast also despite his size. someone, dunno who, remarked that viduka was like a rugby player before we asked him whether had he seen the australian rugby team. but it was a fitting closure to kallang, which the scoreline failed to reflect the flow of the game.

after that we planned to go kallang mrt n eat murtabak but we walked into tanjong rhu instead and got lost. in the end we wasted so much time and had to just take a bus to city hall without eating.

on tuesday had new south wales mathematics in the hall after school. sec 2s, 3s and 4s were in the hall to take it. i was seate next to yin rong, who was next to zhu jie, who was diagonally behind mchia. barely 10 mins into the examination when priscilia lim, sec 2 maths teacher n bayley house mistress, walked towards a sec 2 boy. i just happened to look up or i would have missed it. she took his oas up, talked to him for a while, before tearing it up. the boy, pissed, stood up and tried to grab it back but couldn't as he was smaller in size. then he resorted to climbing on her, hitting her and strangling her. they were struggling like this for about 20 secs b4 any teacher interfered. the boy, who was from 2Q, was promtly taken out of the hall. it was so silent that zhu jie and mchia didn't realise anything had happened. i heared later that the boy was using straws to communiucate and cheat. i shall NOT express my opinion on the issue as my blog is on public domain. the above is just my observation. you, my readers, please make your own opinion. i do NOT wish to get into any trouble with the school authorities.

on wednesday had handball during pe which i got carried away a bit. i purposely fouled mooty and caused him to fall graize his elbow. sorry mooty. then i accidentally felled him this time, which everyone thought was on purpose. before i hit shou jian on the head accidentally with my elbow when reaching for an air ball. to cap it all, jarrell tried to wrestle me to the floor in retaliation for mooty. did i fail to mention about me reshaping kieran's nose at the start of the game?

on thursday i took part in my only youth day programme: score a free-kick and "win a new set of balls -douglas". i tried twice against nicholas patty. first just when soft and straight as i tried to ram and unsuccessfully so anyway. second was a curling shot to the top right corner and just dipped in time to go in. n supposedly, i won a ball, which hasn't appeared yet. but i was lucky, for shortly afterwards, patty was relieved in goal by better gks in the forms of kenneth tang and lennard foo, in which only 1 goal was scored afterwards. apparently, the sec 3 viet scholar hit a shot against kenneth which hit both posts b4 going in.

yesterday went to archdiocesan youth rally with my church. it was held at expo and all the sec3 confirmants were there. at there, i met sampson (ri, basketball), andrew (ri, squash), james joseph tan bee zhi (ex-nhps, acsi) and thom (ri, 3K). had a great time, with all my cach class mates. jumping and randomly carrying around people before throwing them on the floor. my cach class tchr, auntie audrey, treated us to kfc after the whole thing in which we were kfc's last customers. oh, n i found out that caroline, my cach class mate, thinks kevin mark lee yang (crosser, sailor, prefect, in respective order), is hot, just that he's short. I also found out what seetow did at sailing nats, which was to hail golf balls at his opponents while out at sea and get a penalty awarded against him. what a joker. even mr janus lim said that he's cannon fodder. overall, i enjoyed my saturday thoroughly.
